KubeJS TFC 0.4.2

• Add the ability to add, remove, and modify default rock layers
• Add TFC ingredient constructors
• Change custom item/block builder type names to start with tfc: instead of tfc_
  • The old names will remain fro a little while, but will be removed eventually
• Add the ability to make fluids have some spring water properties
